Biography
Immaculata Chidera Osuji is a law student at Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, born on July 9th. She is a content writer, poet, public speaker, spoken word artist, and innovative change-maker. She has a passion for serving God and humanity, excels as a leader, and has held leadership positions in various domestic and international organizations, such as the Head of the African Law Students Clinic and the Vice President Administration of the African Law Students Unizik Chapter. She also served as the Prayer Secretary of the Christian Law Student Association and has served in various capacities in other numerous organizations. She is currently a Student Associate at El-Briny Chambers, and she serves in the Student Union Government of her school. Immaculata is the founder of Immaculata Legal Network, an organization that provides legal opportunities for law students. She has received numerous awards and global recognition, including being named one of the Top 100 2023 VILA Winners (Legal Icons, Rising Stars & Law Undergraduates) and Legal Personalities of the Year (2023). She has also been recognized as the face of Internshala Nnamdi Azikiwe University, received the Most Consistent Writer Award from Zik Law Writers, placed 2nd runner-up in The Talents Competition, and won the Golden Voice Knowledge Challenge, among others. Her works have been published in various magazines, including “Aid the Lawsan,” “A Letter from My Father,” poems dedicated to the FEO, and her book "Blooming Faith" published in 2024. Her second book "How To Intern Like A Pro" published in 2025.
Immaculata has organized webinars, workshops, and sensitization projects both locally and internationally, such as Prison Advocacy for Let’s Speak Africa, Voters Card Sensitization, Menstrual Hygiene for African females, and Night of Inks, etc. She is open to learning and creativity, believing that she is continuously growing and striving to deliver excellence to her world.
